Year 2011 is another new Hope Year of the Chinese economy. After decades of GDP growth oriented development and several global crisis and financial crisis， the Chinese economy will entered the implementation phase of the 12th five-year planning with relatively rational and sophisticated manner in 2011. At the same time， the change of central government leaders will begin in 2011 and will be completed in 2012.

Not optimistic that， the Chinese economy have lots of dilemma unresolved， such as the management of inflation expectation， the dilemma of how to prevent asset bubbles and maintaining the rapid economic growth， fiscal expansion， the dilemma of economic restructuring and the maintaining rapid economic growth， the dilemma of Renminbi appreciation and increasing employment， keeping the competition advantages of industry， the dilemma of income distribution， expanding domestic need and increasing economic efficiency， the dilemma of developing rural economy and urbanization， transfer of rural labor. More seriously， the lag of reform has become the bottleneck of economic development.

Chinas problem is also the worlds problems， and the worlds problems will exacerbate Chinas problem. Due to the sluggish of America and Europe， the conflict between developed nations and emerging markets has increased. For America， the housing crisis has yet passed， and the manufacturing and construction industry remain the center of crisis. If the QE2 can stimulate economy and keep the inflation under controlled？ How effective of the stimulating economy through export of Obama government？ For Europe， debt crisis has remained unsolved.
